Anar Baghirov: Communication with the European Court on Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilgam Asgarov continues

Baku. 12 December. REPORT.AZ/ "Communication on the appeal to the European Court of Human Rights on Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilgam Asgarov continues."

Report informs that the due statement came from Chairman of the Bar Association Anar Baghirov.

According to him, the European Court addresses documents and appeals to both sides: "Both Azerbaijan and the opposite side know that Armenia bears reponsibility for this issue. Since Nagorno-Karabakh is occupied by Armenia, and this fact has been recognized by the European Court."

Baghirov considers that there will be positive results on the issue: "Because both the state and the public pay a great deal of attention to this issue. This is one of our biggest problems. The rights of our citizens have been violated roughly by the so-called regime. The Council of Europe and the European Court pay necessary attention to this issue. "
