Baku. 30 October. REPORT.AZ/ "There is no need for the OSCE Minsk Group. This might sound a little harsh. But public and state must take a decision," MP Zahid Oruj said at today's plenary session of Milli Majlis.
According to Report, he noted that the negotiations should be held directly between the Armenian and Azerbaijani leadership: "For this, a negotiating commission can be formed to work on the practical and technical aspects of the work. Representatives of the Nagorno-Karabakh community may also be invited to the meetings in the future.
"It is necessary to neutralize international circles involved in this issue in order to be able to negotiate. I believe that this would be more useful that the OSCE Minsk Group", he said.
