War invalids exempted from state duties in buying and selling houses

Today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis discussed the draft amendments to the law "On state duty" in the third reading.

Report informs that, according to the document, persons disabled by war will be exempted from paying state duties on lawsuits filed in court and during the purchase and sale of an apartment (house).

After discussions, the draft amendments to the law were put to the vote and adopted in the third reading.
