Polling stations created in military units and correctional facilities

The process of creating polling stations in military units, investigation wards, and correctional facilities has been completed in anticipation of early parliamentary elections.

According to Report, in line with the law, polling stations in the mentioned facilities are created at least 50 days before holding early parliamentary elections. The process takes place with the participation of the Ministries of Defense, Justice, Internal Affairs, and municipalities. Thus, the term of creating the polling stations ended on December 21.

Early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are due on February 9, 2020.
