Baku. 7 November. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijan's Human Rights Attorney (Ombudsman) Elmira Suleymanova has suggested creating the infant-breeding centers in the country.
According to Report, while speaking during the budget discussions in Milli Majlis, Elmira Suleymanova said that protection of nation's gene pool and family health is among the urgent problems: "We must achieve effective organization of children's feeding with maternal milk from their early days. Maternal milk is a carrier of our national and moral values. Therefore, it is necessary to create the infant-breeding centers. We have an experience and an ideal legislative framework to do it."
