New Prime Minister will be appointed in Azerbaijan today.
Report informs that the issue was officially included in the agenda of today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
The new Prime Minister will be Ali Asadov, who serves as Assistant to the President for Economic Issues.
Thus, the issue of "giving consent to the appointment of Asadov Ali Hidayat as Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan" will be discussed at the meeting.
Notably, according to Article 109 (powers of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic) of the Constitution, the President appoints the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan with the consent of the Milli Majlis.
