Milli Majlis Committee Chairman says legislative act on Great Return to Karabakh ready

The legislative act on the Great Return to Karabakh is ready, said the chairman of Milli Majlis Committee for Human Rights Zahid Oruj.

"After the Patriotic War, the work to prepare legal framework related to the Great Return was launched within the framework of the meeting of the Coordinating Staff. The document is being finalized within the framework of cooperation between the Milli Majlis and the Presidential Administration. The legislative act has already been submitted to the Speaker," he said.
