Compliance of construction projects with urban planning documents to be checked on paid basis

Baku. 28 February. REPORT.AZ/ Checking compliance of construction projects with urban planning documents in Azerbaijan, as well as the list, amount and application status of other services rendered by relevant bodies in the field of construction activities determined by the relevant executive authority will be on a paid basis.

Inspection of construction projects in urban planning documents, as well as the list, amount and application status of the construction projects in Azerbaijan will be charged for other services rendered by relevant agencies in the construction activities determined by the relevant executive authority.

Report informs that Article 11 of the Town-planning and construction code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Documents for town planning and construction) is amended in this regard.

The project noted that payments to the code are currently under consideration only for construction projects.

The draft amendment will be discussed at the plenary session of the Milli Majlis on March 5.
