Azerbaijani Parliament congratulates President and First Vice-President

The Milli Majlis (Parliament) congratulated the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the First Vice President, Mehriban Aliyeva, on the occasion of December 31 - Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis, and the New Year, Report informs.

Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova suggested at today's meeting of the parliament's autumn session that, on behalf of the Milli Majlis, a congratulatory letter should be sent to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the First Vice President, Mehriban Aliyeva, on the occasion of December 31 - Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and New Year.

MPs welcomed the speaker's proposal.
