Azerbaijan to prohibit use of water bodies allocated for firefighting for other purposes

Use of water allocated for firefighting for other purposes will be prohibited in Azerbaijan.

Report informs, relevant additions and amendments are made to the Water Code.

The addendum to Article 80 of the Code (Use of water bodies for fire protection needs) prohibit use of water bodies allocated for firefighting for other purposes.

The draft addition and amendment will be discussed at the next plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
