Amendments to 'Aviation Law': State agencies may be granted 'aerodrome operator' status

The Parliament of Azerbaijan will consider amendments to the "Aviation Law," under which state agencies will be able to obtain the legal status of an "aerodrome operator."

According to Report, the corresponding amendments were discussed today by members of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship.

The parliamentarians voted to consider the draft law at a plenary session.

In the current law, the concept of "aerodrome operator" is limited to natural persons or legal entities.
