Milli Majlis member Nizami Safarov has suggested some amendments to the Criminal Code at today's plenary session of the parliament.
Report informs that, according to him, the inclusion of acts constituting cultural genocide in Article 103 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan ahead of the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide would be a fundamental legal step arising from historical necessity.
"Such a bill can be submitted for discussion as soon as possible," Safarov said.
