Russian Defense Minister to visit Azerbaijan

Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu is to visit Azerbaijan.
Report informs that the purpose of the visit is to attend the next meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Baku.
Notably, the next meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the CIS will be held in Baku on October 30.
