Report: Six men who fought in conflict zones abroad were detained in 2021

During the reporting period, as part of the fight against terrorism, six people, who fought in conflict zones abroad, were detained and transferred to the appropriate authorities for a criminal prosecution, Report informs, citing the annual report of the Azerbaijani government on own activities in 2021.
As part of measures to combat illegal migration, 11 illegal migrants, who tried to violate the state border, were detained, three people were held accountable.
As a result of the operational-search activities, one person became a victim of human trafficking and was handed over to the law-enforcement agencies for appropriate action.
