Report informs that senior assistant to the Azerbaijani military prosecutor – chief of the press service of the Military Prosecutor's Office, chief counselor of justice, Firad Aliyev, wrote in an article, entitled "Humanism, born by perfect politics".

The article notes that for 10 months of this year, compared to the same period last year, the number of crimes related to evading military service dropped by 34.3%. The number of crimes related to abuse of power or exceeding them decreased by 23.5%, the number of crimes related to violation of the statutory rules of relations between servicemen in the absence of subordination relations between them - by 49.3%, crimes for the deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm - by 28.6%.
