Ilham Aliyev approves defense cooperation agreement between Azerbaijan and Latvia

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving an agreement on defense cooperation between the defense ministries of Azerbaijan and Latvia, Report informs, citing the press service of the head of state.
