Funeral held for Azerbaijani soldier of Ukrainian army

The funeral for the Azerbaijani serviceman of the Ukrainian army, Karim Gulamov, was held today in Kyiv, Report informs.

The ceremony took place in one of the churches in the center of the capital of Ukraine. He will be buried in Kyiv.

Karim Gulamov, a citizen of Ukraine originally from Azerbaijan, died in the war against Russia on July 17.

Gulamov was one of the veterans of the Anti-Terrorist Operation in the Donbas region of Ukraine and closely participated in 73 special operations. In 2018, he hosted the military hit-parade on the Ukrainian TV channel M2. Karim Gulamov worked together with Andriy Antonenko (Riffmaster). He was killed in the battles together with Antonenko.

Gulamov graduated from school in Obukhov, Kyiv region, and lived in Irpen.

Karim Gulamov, originally from the Lankaran region of Azerbaijan, would have turned 35 on July 26.
