Azerbaijani defense ministry: Sabotage attempt by Armenian armed formations suppressed

On the morning of March 26, members of the illegal Armenian armed groups, taking advantage of foggy weather and limited visibility, attempted to commit sabotage against the units of the Azerbaijani army, Report informs citing the Ministry of Defense.

As a result of the retaliatory measures taken, members of the illegal Armenian armed groups were forced to retreat.

The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent and the joint Russian-Turkish monitoring center were informed about the incident.

There are no losses in the ranks of the Azerbaijani army units.
