Defense Ministry announces number of mines found in liberated territories 

The primary efforts in mine clearance were directed to settlements, fields, roads and infrastructure, said the Deputy Chief of the Ministry's Press Service, Lieutenant-Colonel Anar Eyvazov, Report informs.

According to him, more than 13,000 hectares have been cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance this year: "About 17,000 mines and unexploded ordnance have been found and neutralized," he said.
