Ceremony of awarding the high military ranks held

On 25 June, the Minister of Defense, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov met with servicemen of the Ministry of Defense, who were given the high military ranks in accordance with the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, Report informs citing the press service of the Defense Ministry.

After reading solemnly the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on awarding the servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan the high military ranks and the relevant order of the Minister of Defense, the ceremony of awarding the servicemen the high military ranks was held. Minister of Defense has conveyed the congratulations of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief to the servicemen, wished them success in their future service, gave instructions and recommendations.
