Armenian who crossed into Azerbaijan by mistake handed over

On January 13, at about 16:00, a man named Surik Matevosyan lost his way and crossed the Azerbaijani-Armenian border in the Lachin region.

Report informs, citing the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, that Matevosyan was handed over to Russian peacekeepers.
