Akar says Turkiye stands by Azerbaijan

No one should ever forget that Turkiye stands by Azerbaijan, Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said while watching the joint military exercises of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan and Turkiye.

He said that when necessary, Azerbaijan and Turkiye can be one force, one army, one fist:

"The region no longer needs a future of conflict but stability. We wish for Armenia to accept the hand of peace extended by Turkiye and Azerbaijan."

Akar said Turkiye supports efforts to ensure permanent peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia:

"Long live Azerbaijan-Turkiye brotherhood!"
