Trial held on ANS's appeal against NTRC

Baku. 10 August. REPORT.AZ/ Today Baku Court of Appeal has held a trial on an appeal of ANS Independent Broadcasting and Media Company against the National Television and Radio Council (NTRC).
Report informs, in the trial presided by judge Elshana Valiyeva, the case was not considered.
The judge stated that the case must he heard at Baku Administrative Economic Court No.1.
Notably, the NTRC has adopted a decision to suspend ANS TV broadcasting for a period of one month. ANS wants cancellation of the decision.
On July 29, Baku Court of Appeal has considered a lawsuit of the NTRC on termination of activity of ANS Independent Broadcasting and Media Company (license cancellation) and the company's license terminated.
