Press Council distributes vests to journalists - PHOTO

Baku. 22 September. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani Press Council gave special vests to media employees with a PRESS sign. Report informs, Chairman of Azerbaijani Press Council Aflatun Amashov personally handed vests to the reporters.

In his speech he said that the vests have been prepared by Council for the press together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In general, 300 vests have been prepared.

According to him, when covering events, especially the demonstrations, journalists must wear special vests with a PRESS sign: "It is very important for their safety."

Notably, the rest of the jackets will be distributed to editors office in the near future.
