​Minister of Internal Affairs awards photo reporter of Report News Agency with Honorary Diploma – PHOTO

Baku. 22 May. The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, General Colonel Ramil Usubov met with the policeman, who bravely and selfessly rescued the baby safely from the burning fire suffocated by the smoke during the fire, which occurred in the high-rise building located in the Binagadi district of Baku city and called by the world famous mass media as “hero policeman” Elvin Abishov, and the photo reporter of the Report News Agency, who fulfilled his professional duty with dignity and demonstrated a true civil position in the extremal situation, Orkhan Azimov.

The Minister thanked to them for their fulfillment the professional duties and civil positions properly and with great dignity and added that, the distincted employees to be awarded with state honours relevant orders already had been signed on rewarding, in accordance with the assignment of Azerbaijani President.

Minister of Internal Affairs also presented to photo reporter Orkhan Azimov the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for objective elucidating the selfless service of the fire forces and police employees, involved in the fire extinguishing and rescue works in the local and international mass media.
