Israeli delegation visits Ganja 

A delegation of Jewish journalists led by the Director-General of the Azerbaijan-Israel International Association (AzIz) Lev Spivak visited Ganja city.

Report informs that the journalists visited the territories that suffered from Armenian terrorism and met with Ganja City Executive Power Niyazi Bayramov.

During the meeting, Niyazi Bayramov spoke about the friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Israel and the courage of Jewish Azerbaijanis during the Karabakh wars. He also noted that Ganja was repeatedly subjected to heavy artillery fire during the Patriotic War. As a result of terrorist acts committed by Armenians against civilians on October 4, 5, 8, 11, and 17, 26 civilians were killed, more than 130 people were wounded. All this shows that Armenia roughly violates the norms and principles of international humanitarian law. According to him, such visits after the historic victory attaches importance to convey Azerbaijan's just position to the world community.

The Director-General of the Israel-Azerbaijan International Association "AzIz" Lev Spivak thanked Bayramov for the cordial meeting. According to him, they have been visiting the liberated lands for two days and witnessing the crimes committed by Armenia during this period. He said that it's a shame to see the consequences of the war in the cities a few kilometers from the front line.

"The most important thing is that seeing the first sprouts after this chaos and horror causes hopes for the future. Roads and houses are being built, and the power plant is ready. A period of revival is beginning in those areas. We believe that Azerbaijan will be able to erase the terrible traces of war in the liberated lands, and one day someone will come out and say, "nothing happened." That is why we need to convey the barbarism they are committing to as many people as we can today. This is the main goal of our organization," Lev Spivak added.

The delegation will visit Aghdam after Ganja.
