Hot line launched regarding transition of TV channels into digital broadcasting in Azerbaijan

Baku. 31 October. REPORT.AZ/ Hot line have been created in Azerbaijan in connection with transition of TV channels into digital broadcasting. 

Report informs, Chairman of the Administrative Body of National Television and Radio Council Toghrul Mammadov said.

According to him, residents of Baku and regions if necessary, can contact hot line dialing 14-11. The service created by the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Notably, on September 27, the NTRC discussed the situation regarding the transition to digital broadcasting. The meeting decided to terminate analogue terrestrial television broadcasting in Baku and Absheron peninsula on November 1, 2016, and in the country regions on December 1, 2016.
