Harlem Desir: OSCE is saddened and shocked by murder of Russian journalists in CAR

Baku. 1 August. REPORT.AZ / OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media Harlem Desir said he was "saddened and shocked" by the murder of Russian journalists Alexander Rastorguev, Cyril Radchenko and Orkhan Jemal in the Central African Republic (CAR), Report informs citing the TASS.

"I am deeply saddened and shocked by the murder of Russian journalists - cameraman Cyril Radchenko, documentary filmmaker Alexander Rastorguev and war correspondent Orkhan Jemal-in the Central African Republic. My sincere condolences to their families and colleagues," H. Desir wrote on Twitter.
