Moscow vows response to ban on Russia media in EU countries - UPDATED

Russia will respond to the ban on broadcasting activity of RIA Novosti, Izvestia, Rossiyskaya gazeta and Voice of Europe in the European Union (EU), Maria Zakharova, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson told TASS, Report informs.
"We will respond. Currently, retaliatory measures are being prepared," she stressed.

The Council of the European Union (EU) banned the broadcasting of Voice of Europe, RIA Novosti, Izvestia and Rossiyskaya gazeta in the territory of the European Union, Report informs via the institution.
