Baku. 21 May. REPORT.AZ/ Date of trial on National Television and Radio Council (NTRC) lawsuit against ANS Independent Broadcasting Media Company, which will be held at Baku Administrative Economic Court No.1, has been unveiled.
Report informs, the hearing, to be presided by judge Vusala Bakhishova, scheduled for June 3.
Notably, in 2015, the NTRC filed a lawsuit against ANS Independent Broadcasting Media Company and required repayment of 160,000 AZN, allocated for producing 'Absheron' series, as well as 8,000 AZN penalty to the state budget.
