Bill "On Media" to be presented to public

The work on the text of the bill "On Media" is nearing completion, Executive Director of the Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ahmed Ismayilov said.

Report quotes him as saying that once completed, the bill will be presented to the public.

Ismayilov also spoke about the importance of creating international media platforms between Azerbaijan and other countries:

"The implementation of such a platform between Azerbaijan and Turkey is being ensured. The increase in the number of such media platforms will help to strengthen the Azerbaijani media in the future and convey the truth about Azerbaijan on a wider scale."
