All journalists aged above 18 can get their vaccine shots voluntarily, chairman of the Press Council Aflatun Amashov said.
Report informs that Amashov spoke at a press conference on the vaccination of journalists.
"We plan to inoculate 50 to 100 people per day. According to the information received up to date, the number of journalists who wish to vaccinate reaches 200. It is clear that we need to get vaccinated to protect from this virus which has swept through the world," he said.
The immunization of journalists against coronavirus has been launched in Azerbaijan today. The media representatives receive the CoronaVAC jab, produced by China's Sinovac.
