Assistant to Azerbaijani President speaks about international disinformation campaigns against Turkic world

"There are international disinformation campaigns against the Turkic world, our countries. Since the first days of independence, Azerbaijan has been at the forefront of such campaigns," Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, said at a media forum of the Turkic Council in Istanbul.

"Unfortunately, such campaigns are being carried out against our country today. The most crucial role in the fight against this is to convey the truth in the right way. It is also important that we work together and support each other to enlighten the fact," Hajiyev added.
