"Regarding the 'fake news' and 'deep fake,' I can say that this is not a problem of democracy, but a sociological and psychological issue," Yusuf Ozhan, editor-in-chief of Anadolu agency, told the International Media Forum in Shusha.
"Responsibility, personality, the journalist's character, psychological strength and ability have already come before many issues. Because, for example, you can present yourself as a journalist as a very powerful manipulator. It is very difficult to prevent. Ethics in the media should be built around the personality of the journalist first," he said.
