Turkish, Russian militaries complete talks on ceasefire in Karabakh

In Ankara, the two countries' representatives have ended talks on the Turkish-Russian Monitoring Center to observe the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh, Report says, citing the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.
The discussions are planned to continue in the coming days.
"A 20-member Russian delegation arrived in Ankara yesterday. The Russian envoys first met with officials of the Turkish Foreign Ministry and then the Ministry of National Defense. The meeting between high-ranking Turkish and Russian military officials focused on the post-ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh and Syria's situation, especially Idlib. During the technical talks held today, the details of the work to be done after the ceasefire were discussed," the ministry noted.
