Turkish Foreign Minister: We will discuss the details with Russia

"By Article 5 of the statement, we have signed a memorandum with Russia. We will discuss the details of this issue with Russia in the coming days. "
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said at a briefing in Baku on November 12, Report informs.
According to him, the center will be on Azerbaijan's lands, in the places mentioned by Azerbaijan:
"We hope that Armenia has taken a lesson from its past actions. I honestly say that the Armenian people will also benefit from this. Everyone will benefit from this. We will coordinate the steps with Azerbaijan. "
