Hulusi Akar: Turkey stands by Azerbaijan to the end

Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar told, Report says, citing DHA.
"There is an aggressive, barbaric Armenia occupying Azerbaijani territories. We need to ask those people: our Azerbaijani brothers have been waiting for dialogue for 30 years, what have you done so far? The answer is zero. In this struggle, Turkey stands by Azerbaijan to the end. Azerbaijani brothers complied with the ceasefire decision. However, Armenia, which was insincere, violated the ceasefire regime. They continued to kill civilians with rockets tragically."
