State program on return of citizens to liberated areas developed

Projects and a state program have been developed on the opportunities and numbers of Azerbaijani citizens to return to the liberated territories, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said at a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Business Enterprising to discuss the documents included in next year's state budget envelope.

"There is no decision on whether we can change land reforms in those areas. Working discussions are also held with the participation of the Presidential Administration. The final opinion in this regard is that there must be modifications. The second issue is to find the right balance between economic activity and social policy. Much of the problem is that there is a question of identifying property documents and non-property documents. This problem is in the spotlight today," he stressed.
