The construction of a residential area in Shusha, where IDPs will be returned soon, is underway, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Shusha Aydin Karimov said at a panel meeting within the IX Global Baku Forum.
The special envoy noted that the occupation of the territories under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev had ended. Immediately after the end of the war, reconstruction work began, including in the city of Shusha.
According to him, substations were constructed, which supplied electricity to Shusha. In addition, seven boiling houses were built in the city and provided with heat.
