Special envoy: Shusha's Master Plan is nearing completion

A decision was made to prepare a new Master Plan to eliminate the vandalism, destruction, and other unpleasant situations committed in Shusha during the occupation, Aydin Karimov, the special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district, said on December 21 at the Forum of the Heads of Institutions in Charge of Diaspora Affairs of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
"These works are about to be completed," he said.
"We have done certain works in accordance with the Master Plan," he stressed.
