"Cooperation in the South Caucasus should be developed based on the principles of good-neighborliness, considering and balancing all the countries of the region."
Zakharova also stressed that Russia welcomes the transfer of 15 Armenian military personnel to Yerevan by the Azerbaijani side on June 12: "Besides, we believe it is important to solve other humanitarian issues, particularly those related to mine clearance and the hand over maps of minefields."
