Representatives of US and France to mull situation on Karabakh

Representatives of the United States and France will soon arrive in Moscow to discuss the situation in Karabakh.
According to the Russian Bureau of Report, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said this in an interview with a group of Russian and foreign journalists.
"Russia has offered the UN Security Council to welcome the agreement on a ceasefire in Nagorno - Karabakh," he said.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev forced Armenia to capitulate. The presidents of Azerbaijan, Russia, and the Prime Minister of Armenia signed a joint statement.
