The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have exchanged views on the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh in a phone conversation, Report informs, via the press service of the Kremlin.

"The exchange of views on the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh continued," the message says. "A positive assessment was given to the work of the joint Russian-Turkish center for controlling the ceasefire and military operations."

Vladimir Putin shared with the Turkish leader his impressions of the recent talks with US President Joe Biden in Geneva.

President Erdogan expressed gratitude for the resumption of Russia - Turkey flights and the start of the Sputnik V vaccine deliveries to Turkey.

The presidents also discussed the topical issues of Russian-Turkish cooperation in various fields.
