Pompeo: I urge Azerbaijan and Armenia to resume talks

A letter sent from US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to Armenia on Independence Day states Report says.
"We urge the sides to resume substantive negotiations under the Minsk Group Co-Chairs' auspices as soon as possible."
