Pashinyan explains reason for signing surrender agreement

"Because of the depletion of resources, the army insisted on signing an agreement over Karabakh," said Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a ceasefire agreement on November 10.
