Mammadyarov: Armenia will have no future, if it does not improve relations with Azerbaijan

Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov is to attend the next meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told Report's Russian bureau by results of the meeting with his Russian counterpart in Moscow.

He said the next meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia may take place in Moscow.

"Both Armenia and Azerbaijan only suffered losses throughout the thirty years of the conflict. Armenia will have no future if it does not restore relations with Azerbaijan. Armenia is speaking about new economic projects, but there is no potential left there because of the brain drain. So who and for whom will Armenia carry out the economic reform?," Mammadyarov said.
