More than 400 human body fragments have been found in mass grave sites discovered so far, Emil Taghiyev, head of the Special Investigation Department of the Military Prosecutor's Office told reporters.
According to him, mass graves were found in the Dashalti village of Shusha, Edilli village of Khojavand, Farruh village of Khojaly, Yukhari Seyidahmadl village of Fuzuli, Kalbajar, Aghdam and other settlements.
The head of the department said that in order to identify the human remains found in the burials with persons missing during the first Karabakh war, more than 200 forensic molecular genetic examinations were appointed along with a forensic study.
