MFA: Armenia does not provide information about Azerbaijanis missing in 1991-94

"The Armenian side still does not fulfill its obligations under international humanitarian law, as well as its obligations under trilateral statements," the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told Report.
Armenia has not yet provided information about nearly 4,000 Azerbaijanis who went missing during the 1991-94 war.
