Libyan Charge d'Affaires: We want to participate in restoration of Karabakh

Libya is interested in taking part in reconstruction works in the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation, Charge d'Affaires of Libya to Azerbaijan Ashraf Adem Almesmarin told Report's correspondent on a trip to Karabakh.

"In this regard, we transfer all the necessary information to the relevant structures of our country. We want to develop cooperation with Azerbaijan in all areas, not only in Karabakh but also in general in culture, education, etc. Our relations will develop in the future," he said.
