Kremlin: Putin sees no alternative to tripartite agreement on Karabakh

"The president is a staunch supporter of the idea that there is no alternative to a tripartite agreement, and great efforts are made to defuse tensions and improve the situation on the border," said Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for the Russian president.
Peskov said that Russia is in constant contact with Azerbaijan and Armenia regarding the situation in Karabakh.
